The staff were kind and attentive.

My stay was quite disappointing. The shower pressure was weak, and for one night, we had no hot water. The room size was misleading compared to what was advertised, making me feel cramped and uncomfortable.

We stayed for 3 nights in a Deluxe Twin Room. Breakfast was simple but decent with eggs, ham, and olives. The staff were super nice, and the reception was always helpful. Our room was small but clean and had all we needed, like air conditioning, a private bathroom, and a flat-screen TV. Location was good near Yenikapi metro, easy access to the city. Free coffee and tea was a nice touch.

we loved our stay at bona sera! the staff was super friendly, especially with the free early check-in and a delicious breakfast. our deluxe twin room was cozy and very clean.
